We run courses each term that aim to facilitate growth in different aspects of discipleship to Jesus. These courses are designed to provide space to grow in vital aspects of learning to follow Jesus in our current context.

Resolving Everyday Conflict

This is a video-based course that unpacks the amazing things the Bible has to say about conflict and relationships.
It covers topics such as: - The root cause of conflict - When to overlook an offense - What makes a good apology - What forgiveness really means - How to deal with difficult people

Caring For Others helps equip us with skills in pastoral care, using the Spiritual Care course developed by BaptistCare. The course is designed to help care for people in the aging process, but can be applied in all areas of caring for others in our church and wider community.

A set of core skills known as ‘emotional intelligence’ are associated with significantly better life outcomes. This course teaches parents how to develop these skills in their children:
To understand one’s own and others emotions and communicate how one feels in a way that builds the relationship
The ability to identify and interact with others even when one or both people are emotional
The ability to identify and accept emotions to increase self- care and problem solving skills.
